Welcome to Sunset Shores Co-Op, a friendly 55+ resident-owned community located on a beautiful lake in Central Florida. Our park offers a peaceful snowbird lifestyle where neighbors quickly become friends, with a clubhouse, beach area, and stunning sunsets over the water. RV travelers can enjoy seasonal or year-round rental sites, and we are now excited to offer a unique opportunity for RV owners to purchase a share and own their lot within our cooperative community. Many of our residents return each winter from Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania to enjoy the warm weather, relaxed atmosphere, and welcoming spirit that make Sunset Shores feel like home.
